Processing & Delivery Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.

Delivery time is subject to the method of shipping chosen during checkout. Please allow up to 7-14 business days within Canada, or 7-21 business days internationally for your order to be delivered, following confirmation of shipment. Please note that delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice. 

emotive.DRIVE is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages under any circumstances, and will not file any claims with any shipping services on behalf of package recipients. 

emotive.DRIVE is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duties, taxes, or any other fees collected.

Given the limited nature of the products being sold, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your order. This includes your name, address, and contents within your order. Once your order has been placed, items in your order cannot be modified.
